Reports to Real Estate Agent Type Full-time Hours Full overlap with Pacific Time required Rate $4–$6/hr USD - DOE Location Fully remote Tools Contact list (previously used Follow Up Boss and RealGeeks), email, SMS/text platform, Facebook, Instagram Role Overview This role reactivates our client's existing database of past clients, referrals, and leads through email, text, and social media outreach — generating renewed interest in buying or selling a home. The Real Estate Sales Executive does not close deals; they generate and qualify interest, then hand off warm conversations to the agents for closing. Key Responsibilities Database Outreach & Reactivation Send emails and text messages to contacts in the client's database to reopen the conversation about buying or selling Track outreach activity: who was contacted, who responded, and who needs follow-up Personalize outreach based on each contact's history (past client, old lead, referral) Social Media Outreach Reach out to relevant contacts via Facebook and Instagram messages Identify and engage people showing buying or selling signals on social platforms Keep messaging warm and personal — this is relationship reactivation, not cold advertising Lead Qualification & Handoff Identify when a contact shows genuine interest in buying or selling Log conversation context clearly so the agents can pick it up without missing anything Hand off qualified conversations promptly so momentum isn't lost Tracking & Reporting Keep a simple, current record of outreach activity and responses Flag which messages get replies and which contacts are warming up Who Will Succeed This role is steady, repetitive, and relationship-driven. You're comfortable with repetitive outreach and don't take non-responses personally You write and message in a natural, warm tone — never scripted or salesy You're organized — nothing you send or hear back goes untracked You're comfortable on social media and know how to message people without feeling like a stranger You use AI tools to draft and personalize outreach faster, without losing the human touch You know the difference between generating interest and closing a deal — and you're energized by the first part Experience & Skills Required: Some familiarity with real estate concepts (buying/selling process, what a lead or database contact looks like) — not necessarily an expert Required: Some experience with outreach, ISA (inside sales), or lead generation work — cold or warm outreach experience counts Required: Strong written English — emails, texts, and DMs represent the client directly; writing is assessed at screening Required: AI expertise — genuinely skilled with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) for drafting, personalizing, and speeding up outreach; this is a real capability, not casual use, and will be assessed Required: Full overlap with Pacific Time required — not partial coordination Required: Comfortable managing outreach across multiple channels (email, SMS, Facebook, Instagram) at once -Preferred: Prior experience with a real estate CRM or database system -Preferred: Comfortable managing outreach across multiple channels (email, SMS, Facebook, Instagram) at once
