Actimize Technical Analyst / Platform Support Engineer

Our client is hiring an Actimize Technical Analyst to support a large-scale NICE Actimize implementation program. This individual will serve as the technical subject matter expert responsible for maintaining platform stability, troubleshooting data integration issues, supporting module implementations, and identifying system gaps throughout the rollout lifecycle.

This role sits within Information Technology and works closely with technical teams, data teams, vendors, project managers, and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate possesses strong hands-on experience supporting NICE Actimize platforms, understands the underlying data architecture, and has the ability to investigate system failures beyond standard application monitoring.

The consultant will play a critical role in helping the organization meet implementation milestones by proactively identifying root causes, resolving data quality issues, and optimizing Actimize configurations as new modules are deployed.

This is a Contract position based out of Detroit, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $68.00 - $102.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
