Compensation: $18/hr. + Commission

The Activations Agent is responsible for converting qualified prospects into confirmed vacation package sales through inbound and outbound phone interactions. This role focuses on presenting promotional vacation packages, qualifying customers, overcoming objections, securing payments, scheduling resort tours, and ensuring compliance with company standards while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is energetic, sales-driven, customer-focused, and skilled in phone-based closing techniques.

Your Impact

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to promote vacation packages

  • Qualify customers based on company and tour requirements

  • Present package offers, overcome objections, and close sales

  • Process payments, activate packages, and schedule tours/travel dates

  • Provide accurate disclosures and maintain compliance standards

  • Update CRM records and document customer interactions

  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional communication

  • Achieve sales, conversion, quality, and productivity goals

  • Collaborate with Verification, Credit, Reservations, and QA teams as needed

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Previous sales or call center experience preferred

  • Timeshare or hospitality sales experience is a plus

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Intermediate to Advanced computer and CRM proficiency

  • Strong objection-handling and closing skills

  • Ability to adapt quickly to technical platforms or new learning systems.

  • Ability to effectively establish rapport, solve practical problems, and handle concrete variables.

  • Clear and effective communication skills, along with strong organizational abilities to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced setting.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers through telephone and personal contact.
