  • Support the development and pricing of new products and business initiatives.
  • Contribute actuarial insight to reserving, capital modelling, and reinsurance activities as required.
  • Ensure pricing methodologies, governance frameworks, and supporting documentation meet internal and regulatory standards.

  • Support regulatory reporting, Solvency II requirements, and Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA) activities.
  • Engage with auditors, reinsurers, and external stakeholders on actuarial and regulatory matters.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on pricing practices and portfolio management.

Skills

  • Advanced actuarial pricing and analytical capabilities.
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of General Insurance market dynamics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex actuarial concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and professional judgement.
  • Confidence engaging with regulators, auditors, and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work within regulatory and business deadlines.
  • Proficiency with actuarial and statistical modelling tools such as R, Python, SAS, Emblem, Radar, Earnix, or equivalent.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Fully qualified actuary (Fellow of the IFoA, DAV, Aktuarforeningen, or an equivalent recognised actuarial body).

  • Strong knowledge of Solvency II and the Danish insurance regulatory framework.
  • Experience engaging directly with insurance regulators and supervisory authorities.
  • Experience pricing across multiple General Insurance product lines is advantageous.

  • Fluency in English is essential; Danish language skills would be highly advantageous.
