We are seeking an Acute Crisis Division- Administrator for our Mobile Crisis

Responsibilities and Duties for an Acute Crisis Division- Administrator:

• Provide administrative support for acute crisis and emergency response operates
• Coordinate schedules, documentation, and communications across multidisciplinary teams
• Support leadership with reports, tracking, and process coordination
• Assist with on-call logistics, coverage planning, and urgent administrative needs
• Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards
• Flexible and After hours on-call availability to include nights, weekends and holidays
• Must be willing to work a hybrid position: 2 days onsite or as needed/ remainder days in office

Qualifications and Skills for an Acute Crisis Division- Administrator:

• Emergency services experience (crisis, repose, mobile crisis, EMS, dispatch, public safety, or similar)
• First responder or veteran (military culture) experience
• Clinical background preferred but not required
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and effective in high-stress situations
