We are looking for one thing done exceptionally well: ad creative that performs. The single most important skill: you can look at a creative before it launches and know whether it will win. What you'll own: - Concepting, briefing, and iterating ad creative for all ad platforms. - Owning and streamlining the Ad Creative process with our team - Identifying winning concepts, angles, and hooks - Owning our target audience and translating insights into action - Testing creative at pace and turning results into the next round of winners - Staying ahead of creative trends and watching competitors closely - Working directly with our CEO and our creators/editors Non-negotiables: - A portfolio with clear, proven results in paid ads for D2C brands.
