We’re looking for an exceptionally organized, tech-savvy Admin Coordinator to support daily operations for a U.S.-based home service company. This is a key, fast-paced remote role for top-tier candidates based in LATAM.

What you’ll do:

• Manage inbox and calendars to streamline daily scheduling.
• Update and maintain CRM pipelines and backend operational systems.
• Answer customer calls and follow up diligently on inbound leads.
• Support routing, task coordination, and day-to-day client communication.
• Build, maintain, and optimize SOPs and internal company documentation.
• Assist with light marketing tasks and basic financial operations (invoices, reminders).

• Exceptional English: Outstanding, fluent written and spoken communication.
• Systems & Process-Oriented: A natural talent for organization, structuring workflows, and keeping operations running smoothly.
• Strong AI Background & AI-Fluency: You actively leverage AI tools to optimize tasks and work smarter and faster.
• CRM Experience: Familiarity with CRMs (GoHighLevel/HubSpot preferred).
• Proactive mindset: Someone who flags operational issues early and brings solutions.
• Customer-facing readiness: Comfortable handling live phone calls and interacting professionally with U.S. clients.
• Reliability: Self-managed, highly disciplined, and available to work full-time during EST hours.
