URGENT HIRE: Sales Coordinator — Remote (LatAm)

We are hiring on behalf of a fast-growing U.S. home service company! We need an articulate, highly persuasive Sales Coordinator to own our phone pipeline.

Our commercial team is currently predominantly male, so as we scale, we are actively seeking to bring strong female energy, fresh perspectives, and a warm, empathetic touch to our client communications!

Core Responsibilities:

• Inbound Call Conversion: Answer inbound calls promptly with a warm, energetic phone presence and convert leads into scheduled appointments.
• Quote & Estimate Follow-up: Run structured, persistent follow-up on open estimates with homeowners, Airbnb hosts, and property managers.
• Targeted B2B Outreach & Cold Calling: Conduct proactive cold/warm outreach to targeted prospect lists (primarily short-term rental operators and property management companies) to generate new leads.
• Lead Re-activation & CRM: Re-engage dormant leads via phone, text, and email, keeping all activity logged in the CRM.

Requirements:

• Exceptional English & Phone Presence: Fully fluent, neutral-accent English (written and spoken). Clear, warm, engaging, and composed when handling objections or firm negotiations.
• Sales & Phone Experience: Proven track record in phone sales, inside sales, appointment setting, or cold outreach.
• Schedule: Full-time availability during US Mountain Time (MST) business hours.
• Setup: Dedicated quiet workspace, noise-canceling headset, and reliable high-speed internet.
