Admin & Customer Service (Remote Freelancer)

We are a Singapore-based fashion brand looking for a reliable and organised part-time assistant to support our daily e-commerce operations.

This is a remote and flexible role that may be suitable for stay-at-home mums, individuals returning to the workforce, or anyone looking for stable part-time work from home.

Working Arrangement

• Work from home
• Approximately 2 hours per weekday
• Flexible working hours, with agreed periods to check customer enquiries
• Long-term part-time or freelance arrangement
• Training and templates will be provided

Responsibilities

• Reply to customer enquiries relating to orders, sizing, delivery, returns and exchanges
• Assist with administrative tasks, including organising invoices and updating records
• Upload new products and update product descriptions, pricing and other information on our e-commerce platforms
• Check and maintain accurate order and operational records
• Assist with simple coordination involving orders, suppliers and logistics
• Support other daily e-commerce and administrative tasks when needed

Requirements

• Able to communicate in English
• Able to read and understand Mandarin
• Comfortable using a computer, spreadsheets and online systems
• Organised, careful and responsible with follow-ups
• Able to work independently and complete daily tasks consistently
• Previous customer service experience is preferred
• Experience in accounting, administration, logistics or supply chain is an advantage
• E-commerce or retail experience is a plus, but not compulsory

Compensation - 15-20RM per hour
