Working Hours: 24/7 rotational shifts (including weekends & public holidays)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support via live chat
• Assist users with account setup, KYC verification, deposits and withdrawals
• Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary
• Maintain accurate case documentation and follow compliance procedures
• Educate users on platform features, updates, and security practices

Requirements:

• Education Background: Diploma & above.
• Fluent in both English & Mandarin (training 100% English) to handle both language chat sessions.
• Fast and accurate typing speed — comfortable handling multiple live chats simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work in shifts (including weekends and holidays).
• More than 1 year Customer Service Experience.
• Tech-savvy with familiarity in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology is an added advantage.
