Admin & Founder Support 📍 Cape Town (Remote, with in-person collaboration as needed) 🕒 Full-Time ABOUT THE COMPANY Eco Nappii is a fast-growing, founder-led baby-care brand disrupting the South African nappy market with 100% organic bamboo nappies, wipes and pull-ups. Built by a mother on a mission for health-first, honest baby care, Eco Nappii is a values-driven business that moves quickly and expects the people around it to move with it. ABOUT THE ROLE As we grow, we're looking for adaptable people with a clear area of strength who are also comfortable working across functions when needed. This role is part of a small, founder-led team where initiative, ownership and follow-through matter more than job titles and where you'll have real visibility into how the business is built and run. IS IT FOR ME? Experience in administration, executive/personal assistance, office coordination or project administration Exceptionally organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities without close supervision Trustworthy, discreet and comfortable handling sensitive information Responsive, proactive and technologically comfortable Based in Cape Town or surrounding areas WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Manage calendar, diary and meeting coordination for the founder Handle email and correspondence, preparing documents, presentations and reports Maintain records, files, trackers and business information Convert meetings, voice notes and ideas into clear actions and follow-ups Coordinate with suppliers, customers, team members and external partners Support basic financial administration - invoices, quotes and record keeping Carry out research, project administration and general business support Proactively identify outstanding items and close the loop on them WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
