Operations Manager 📍 Cape Town (Remote, with in-person collaboration as needed) 🕒 Full-Time ABOUT THE COMPANY Eco Nappii is a fast-growing, founder-led baby-care brand disrupting the South African nappy market with 100% organic bamboo nappies, wipes and pull-ups. Built by a mother on a mission for health-first, honest baby care, Eco Nappii is a values-driven business that moves quickly and expects the people around it to move with it. ABOUT THE ROLE As we grow, we're looking for adaptable people with a clear area of strength who are also comfortable working across functions when needed. This role is part of a small, founder-led team where initiative, ownership and follow-through matter more than job titles and where you'll have real visibility into how the business is built and run. IS IT FOR ME? Experience in operations, project/programme management, implementation, chief of staff or founder-support roles Systems-minded, highly accountable and commercially aware Analytical but practical, with exceptional follow-through Comfortable working across departments and driving projects from idea to completion Based in Cape Town or surrounding areas WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Translate company priorities and ideas into structured, actionable plans Develop, track and report on KPIs, dashboards and trackers Build and improve systems, workflows, processes and SOPs Coordinate across teams and hold external vendors accountable Run meeting rhythms and keep priorities and actions on track Manage deadlines and deliverables, identifying and resolving bottlenecks Support the rollout of new initiatives and create visibility across projects Help establish repeatable systems as the company scales Keep the wider business aligned, accountable and moving WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
