Role: System Administrator - 1486

Location and model: Portugal — 100% Remote (12:00AM–8:00AM CET time zone)

Candidates must be based in Portugal with valid documentation.

Requirements and qualifications:

MUST HAVE:

• Experience: 1 to 2 years in IT industry
• Proficiency in Windows Server administration (2012R2 / 2016 / 2019 / 2022) and basic knowledge of troubleshooting
• Basic knowledge of ITIL process and ticketing system
• Basic knowledge of Patch Management and Antivirus solutions
• Required languages : English B2/C1

• Hyper-V & Veritas cluster concepts
• SNOW tooling
• Email Etiquettes
• Security++ concepts
• Ability to follow processes that drive improvement and quality
• Self-starter and proactive attitude
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to communicate complex information in a well-structured manner
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish solid relationships
