This role is a key member of the Platinum Services team, responsible for delivering exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders. The primary focus is providing administrative support to the Head of Platinum Services and a Senior Financial Adviser who manages high-net-worth client portfolios. The role encompasses a broad range of administrative responsibilities, including monthly reporting, client communications, dividend administration, client onboarding, document review, research and analysis, and support with preparing client proposals and recommendations. This role will preferably be based in Auckland, however we are open to other locations. About You You will have strong experience in role requiring attention to detail and demonstrate the ability to keep pace with a busy office. You will enjoy keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You will be eager to learn and comfortable taking on a variety of tasks, from administration and client communication through to supporting the wider team. You’ll enjoy working in a role where no two days are exactly the same, and where your ability to be reliable, proactive and thorough makes a real difference. You don’t need to have all the answers. What’s important is that you’re willing to learn, ask questions and take pride in delivering a high standard of work and service. Key Responsibilities As an Administration Assistant, you will: Attend to correspondence and other administrative communications with key clients Monitor a monthly internal activity calendar for a large, multilayered client Complete documentation related to the execution of a client’s instruction Onboarding of new clients and administration services for existing clients Client shares administration and client communication Ensuring all client documentation is compliant Skills, Knowledge and Expertise 1 – 2 years Administration or Secretarial experience Ability to demonstrate strong relationship management skills and professional communication Ability to manage competing priorities Strong computer literacy & attention to detail Financial services industry experience is strongly preferred, but not essential. While strong professional communication skills are necessary, we will provide full training Strong customer service ethic and attitude.
