YOUR FUTURE TASK

• Managing invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations.
• Supporting accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Preparing reports and assisting with monthly and annual closings.
• Maintaining administrative and accounting documentation.
• Supporting audits, business operations, and travel arrangements for management.
• Contributing to efficient and compliant financial processes.

YOU AS A PERSON AND WHAT YOU BRING

• Completed training or degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting or administrative functions.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and common office applications.
• Experience with ERP or accounting software is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a structured way of working.
• Team-oriented, reliable, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Professional Spanish and English language skills.
