Overview
Tyndale is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant and trusted partner to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). This is an opportunity for an accomplished administrative professional who thrives in a fast-moving environment, anticipates what’s needed before being asked, and takes pride in making an executive and the teams around them, shine.
Supporting the CRO as they lead Tyndale’s Sales and Marketing organizations, you’ll be at the coordinating important meetings, customer interactions, business reviews, leadership activities, and strategic priorities. You’ll bring structure to a demanding schedule, keep commitments moving forward, and ensure the CRO is prepared for what’s next.
Success in this role requires more than excellent administrative skills. We’re looking for someone with outstanding judgment, discretion, attention to detail, and the confidence to independently manage competing priorities while working with executives, customers, business partners, and teams across the organization.
HYBRID/REMOTE: Tyndale supports a strong work-life balance. This role will work 2-4 days per week onsite, additional workdays remotely. To be considered, candidates must reside within a commutable distance from Tyndale in Pipersville, PA (Bucks County).

Responsibilities
Own a complex executive calendar, strategically coordinating meetings, resolving conflicts, and protecting time for critical business priorities.
Coordinate executive travel from start to finish, including transportation, accommodations, itineraries, meeting logistics, schedule changes, and expense reporting.
Organize leadership meetings, customer and partner meetings, presentations, conferences, and other Sales and Marketing activities involving the CRO.
Prepare agendas and meeting materials, coordinate information in advance, capture notes and action items when needed, and help ensure commitments are carried through to completion.
Manage administrative correspondence and communications on behalf of the CRO, appropriately prioritizing requests and facilitating timely follow-up.
Create, organize, proofread, and format polished executive presentations, reports, correspondence, spreadsheets, and other business materials.
Gather and organize Sales and Marketing reports, metrics, and information for business reviews, meetings, and executive discussions.
Anticipate the CRO’s needs, recognize potential scheduling or administrative challenges, and proactively solve problems before they interfere with business priorities.
Serve as a highly professional point of contact for executives, employees, customers, vendors, and other internal and external stakeholders.
Handle confidential employee, customer, financial, strategic, and business information with exceptional discretion.
Partner closely with Sales and Marketing leaders to coordinate meetings, communications, events, deadlines, and cross-functional activities.
Collaborate with other executive and administrative support professionals to help leadership activities run smoothly across the organization.
Support special projects, leadership events, customer meetings, presentations, and other high-priority business initiatives.
Maintain organized executive files, records, contacts, meeting materials, and documentation.
Manage expense reports, invoices, purchasing requests, and other administrative transactions accurately and on time.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of administrative support experience, including experience directly supporting a senior executive or executive leadership team strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a complex executive calendar, travel, meetings, competing priorities, and administrative responsibilities with limited oversight.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
- Highly professional with demonstrated judgment, discretion, and ability to appropriately handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with executives, customers, employees, and external business partners.
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs, independently solve problems, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly as business needs change.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Zoom/Teams; ability to quickly learn additional technology and AI-enabled productivity tools.
- Strong proofreading, document preparation, presentation, and business communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of responsibilities, and maintain accuracy while managing multiple time-sensitive priorities.
