We are a CQC registered service delivering person-centred assessment, care and support, with our ultimate aim being to improve the lives of people with neurodevelopmental conditions such as ADHD, Autism and Learning disabilities. We are seeking an organised Administrative Assistant to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract to support our Reports team. Supporting a busy multidisciplinary healthcare service, you will play a key role in the preparation and administration of client reports, including Autism and ADHD diagnostic assessment reports. Responsibilities: Report preparation: Supporting with collation and proof reading of reports by various healthcare professionals for individual clients. Includes preparation of Autism and/or ADHD diagnostic assessment reports, as well as scoring questionnaires for the preparation of reports (training will be provided) Liaising with other members of the team as appropriate to understand service needs Support with ad hoc administrative tasks as determined by the Clinical Director Other Information: This will be a hybrid role, primarily working from home with opportunities to attend the office in Basingstoke. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using Microsoft Office applications as well as confidence with using new computer systems. A good understanding of patient confidentiality is essential. The successful candidate will share our visions and values, and have an understanding or passion for working with neurodivergent individuals. The individual must be highly organised, flexible, and have excellent attention to detail.
