Administrative Coordinator Location: Flexible within the U.S. but requires access to a major U.S. airport for travel. Position Type: Full-time About Us Partners for Public Good (PPG) is a nonpartisan team of doers who work alongside state and local governments to strengthen the operational systems—procurement, staffing, budgeting, and technology—that determine whether policy turns into results for residents. We go in alongside government staff through implementation, not just as advisors who deliver recommendations and leave, but as practitioners who stay until something has actually changed. Through our implementation work, applied research, and the Procurement Excellence Network—a practitioner community of more than 3,000 government professionals—we translate what we learn from individual governments into knowledge and tools that travel across jurisdictions. When government works, communities thrive. Role & Organizational Impact The Administrative Coordinator will provide high-level administrative support to two senior programmatic leaders at PPG, playing an important role in helping PPG advance its work with state and local governments. By coordinating priorities, managing logistics, and supporting day-to-day operations, this role enables our program leaders and their teams to focus on advancing high-impact initiatives. Reporting to PPG’s Director, Finance & Operations and working closely with both leaders, the Administrative Coordinator will also gain insight into how PPG’s work is designed and delivered. Responsibilities Administrative Support Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for multiple senior program leaders, including managing active calendars of appointments, completing expense reports, arranging travel, and tracking action items. Prepare agendas and briefing materials for internal and external meetings. Gather organize, and compile information and supporting materials for reports, presentations, and other communications. Maintain contact lists, CRM records, and other relevant data, and support follow-up on external outreach to help keep relationships and requests moving. Organize and maintain program files and documents, keeping information current and easy to find. Serve as an administrative resource for the senior leaders’ teams by coordinating internal administrative and operations processes. Support recruitment and onboarding logistics on assigned teams as needed. Provide administrative support for special projects and initiatives. Provide gap coverage for the CEO and COO when the Executive Assistant is out. Project Coordination Provide ad hoc administrative and project coordination support across the program teams, including coordinating meetings, managing logistics, tracking deliverables, and supporting in-person convenings and events. Support digital coordination tasks, including updating website content, maintaining shared drives, and organizing digital assets. Maintain inventory and coordinate shipping of company equipment, swag, and branded materials for events and programming. Who You Are We’re looking for candidates who are: Organized and dependable. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of professional experience will be considered in lieu of formal education. At least 2 years ofadministrative or executive support experience, with nonprofit experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), Adobe, and Canva. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision. Willingness and ability to travel 2-4 times per year. High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. Compensation: The salary for this role is $83,525 plus benefits. We offer a comprehensive, people-first benefits package to support the well-being of our team and their families. To support remote work, we offer work-from-home stipends or shared office space options. Start date: The desired start date for this role is September or October 2026. This position is grant-funded. Employment is contingent on continuation of funds and organizational needs, at PPG’s sole discretion. Physical Demands: This position requires sitting, talking, listening, reading, and writing for up to 8 hours per day. Certain situations may require lifting items up to 20 pounds.
