Impact Trash Solutions is growing, and with that growth comes the need for stronger day-to-day support across the business.
We are looking for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of administrative and coordination work that currently sits with leadership. This person will help create structure, improve follow-through, and keep important details moving.
What you’ll own
- Manage scheduling, follow-up, meeting coordination, documentation, and other administrative needs across the business.
- Take ownership of recurring tasks and details that do not require leadership involvement.
- Support recruiting activity by:
- Reviewing incoming applicants.
- Conducting initial candidate screens when appropriate.
- Coordinating interviews.
- Communicating with candidates.
- Helping keep the hiring process moving efficiently.
- Identify areas where better organization or simple processes could improve efficiency.
- Step into new areas of support as the business grows and priorities evolve.
What we value
- You are direct, clear, and comfortable speaking up when you see something that needs attention.
- You notice gaps, anticipate what may be coming next, and raise issues before they become problems.
- You are comfortable asking questions, challenging inefficiencies, and suggesting a better way to get something done.
- You do not wait to be told every next step. You look for where you can help and take ownership.
- You communicate professionally and candidly, even when the message is not always the easiest one to deliver.
What we’re looking for
- Highly organized and dependable.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities at once.
- Strong judgment, maturity, and initiative.
- Strong communicator with candidates, employees, clients, and leadership.
- Consistent follow-through.
- Comfortable working in a growing company where responsibilities may change over time.
- Willing to ask questions, solve problems, and take ownership.
- Early-career candidates with strong initiative and professionalism are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, college admissions, career services, customer-facing coordination, or another role requiring high-volume communication and follow-through could translate well to this position.
What success looks like
- Leadership spends less time on administrative work.
- Candidates move through the hiring process more efficiently.
- Scheduling, follow-up, and coordination are reliable.
- Fewer details fall through the cracks.
- The role becomes a trusted source of support and structure as the company continues to grow.
