Administrative Coordinator – Sales Support

About the Opportunity
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to a busy Sales team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, coordinating multiple priorities, maintaining accurate records, and working with a variety of internal teams. You will play an important role in supporting customer activities and ensuring that administrative details are completed accurately and on time.
What You’ll Do
- Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the Sales team.
- Coordinate and track shipping requests for equipment and other materials.
- Maintain accurate customer, equipment, and organizational records in internal systems.
- Assist with setting up and maintaining customer information and documentation.
- Coordinate administrative details throughout the customer evaluation process.
- Prepare reports and documentation summarizing activities, outcomes, requirements, and next steps.
- Track equipment and ensure items are returned and properly accounted for.
- Maintain organized records and follow up on outstanding items and deadlines.
- Work collaboratively with Sales, Customer Success, Technical Support, Operations, and other internal teams.
- Help ensure customer activities are completed smoothly, accurately, and on schedule.
- Provide general administrative support and assist with other coordination tasks as required.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role, or relevant post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- Ability to learn new systems, databases, and technology quickly.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.
- Experience with CRM, customer management, inventory, shipping, or asset-tracking systems is considered an asset.
- A customer-focused approach and a professional, positive attitude.
