McLarens is looking for fresh graduates who can support the team with administrative responsibilities and based in Penang.
The Administrative Executive is responsible for supporting and contributing to the efficient operational management of the business and the production of high quality of work products.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work competitively on administrative and office organizational and management matters and you always apply initiative to ensure that the workflow and underlying business proceeds without interruptions.
- Enter claims into the computer system; Scan copy of the claim, make copies as needed, composing letters and other office memos as required and answering telephone calls.
- You take pride in the quality, accuracy and timeliness of your work product and can identify errors or omissions in draft reports. You understand the importance of reputational risk in the marketplace and the importance of completing tasks on time and communicating clearly.
- Work quickly and accurately according to teams KPIs, ensuring that volumes of unprocessed files do not form a bottleneck in the company’s workflow.
- Develop user knowledge of company systems (McLarens One, Claims management system, Claim care and Vision) and client portals.
- Assist in other tasks and projects in furtherance in the operations of the company, as instructed by the immediate superior.
- Be willing and prepared to work irregular hours, as may be necessary according to the circumstances prevailing at that time.
- At all times, promote the excellent image of the McLarens group and maximize the company’s profitability.
- At all times, strictly observe the rules of confidentiality of the McLarens group and act with integrity and appropriate loyalty to the company.
- Demonstrate company values through cooperation with all staff members.
- Other daily crucial tasks include preparing invoices, ensuring time and expenses are fully recorded in invoices before issue. maintaining database of outstanding fees, regular follow ups
Job Requirements and Standard:
- Working knowledge of insurance and reinsurance businesses and the terminology used in the industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
