Administrative Manage

Role Description The Administrative Manager at Doble Diez Televisión will oversee daily administrative operations to support remote teams and ensure efficient workflow. This part-time remote role includes managing schedules and calendars, organizing virtual meetings, and coordinating internal communication across departments. The individual will handle documentation, maintain records, assist with basic financial and accounting processes, and support customer service activities related to internal and external stakeholders. The role also involves tracking operational metrics, preparing reports, and identifying opportunities to improve administrative procedures and resource allocation.
