Job Description
This is a remote position.
About the Role
We're hiring an Administrative & Scheduling Coordinator to support an established Australian electrical services business working with real estate agencies.
This is a phone-heavy, hands-on coordination role. You'll be speaking daily with Australian property managers, tenants and electricians — booking jobs, managing changes, and keeping everyone informed from first call through to completion.
If you're confident on the phone, organised under pressure, and enjoy being the person who keeps everything moving, you'll do well here.
What You'll Do
- Speak with Australian property managers, tenants and technicians by phone and email
- Book, reschedule and coordinate electrician jobs across multiple properties
- Manage ETAs, delays, cancellations and urgent changes
- Make outbound follow-up calls for bookings, quotes and updates
- Keep job notes, schedules and records accurate in the scheduling system
- Send booking confirmations and reminders
- Support day-to-day admin and coordination tasks
This is an active coordination role, not passive admin.
Requirements
What We're Looking For (Must-Have)
You must meet the following to be considered:
- Real Australian phone experience. You've spoken directly with Australian customers on voice calls. Email/chat-only experience is not sufficient.
- Service coordination or scheduling experience. At least 2 years recent experience in admin, scheduling, dispatch or operations, including booking/rescheduling, follow-ups and customer updates.
- Strong English communication. Clear, confident phone manner. Calm, professional and organised under pressure.
- WFH and tech-ready. Comfortable using CRMs, job scheduling software and email. Reliable internet and a quiet home setup.
Experience That's a Plus
- Real estate or property management support
- Trades or technician scheduling — electrical, HVAC, telco, maintenance, compliance
- Quote preparation and follow-ups
- Managing busy schedules with frequent changes
Benefits
- ₱40,000 – ₱50,000 per month
- 100% work from home
- Full-time, permanent Philippine employment with Offshore 24/7, supporting an established Australian business
- Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM PHT
- Complete WFH equipment provided — company laptop and all equipment required for your role
- HMO coverage from Day 1
- 20 days paid leave per year — 15 annual leave + 5 sick leave, accruing from Day 1
- 13th month pay
- Government-mandated benefits
- Annual rate and performance review
- Comprehensive training and ongoing professional development
- Regular staff events and team activities
Important Note
Immediate start only. Only apply if you can begin straight away and you have real experience speaking with Australian customers by phone.
