Job Title: Administrative Service ManagerJob Description

The Administrative Service Manager serves as a strategic partner within the Supply Chain Contracts organization, coordinating closely with business partners on supply chain contract matters. This role manages a complex portfolio of supplier contracts and collaborates with supply chain leadership to develop, implement, and execute strategic contract initiatives that support both short- and long-term business objectives. The position focuses on contract drafting, negotiation, risk assessment, and compliance while driving process improvements and supporting key stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Draft, generate, negotiate, interpret, and manage complex contract documents in alignment with internal and external customer schedules and requests.
  • Collaborate with program managers to draft Master Terms Agreements, Purchase Agreements, flow-down provisions, and other related agreements to ensure all documents accurately reflect business objectives.
  • Perform detailed analysis and prepare reports to confirm that contracts remain within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters, including government procurement and cost control guidelines.
  • Review contractual terms and conditions to assess their acceptability, evaluate associated risks, and determine potential impacts on the business.
  • Analyze contracts to ensure full compliance with company policies, government regulations, commercial specifications, and other applicable requirements.
  • Leverage legal resources and other subject matter experts to identify all levels of contractual risk and address them through the development of tailored contract terms and conditions.
  • Track and report key functional metrics related to contracts and supply chain activities to improve overall effectiveness and decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate and complete historical legal records and contract documentation for future reference and audits.
  • Brief management and other functional areas on contract status, risk mitigation strategies, and contingency plans, supported by clear recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline contract-related workflows and improve the quality of work products, and propose enhancements to tools or processes to increase efficiency.
  • Represent the organization on issues related to contract matters, serving as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance and advice on contractual matters and contract administration to cross-functional teams.
  • Manage medium-sized projects related to contracts, supply chain, or process improvements, ensuring timely and effective execution.
Essential Skills
  • Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing complex contracts.
  • Strong background in supply chain contracts and contract administration.
  • Hands-on experience with contract review, including assessment of terms, conditions, and associated risks.
  • Ability to interpret and apply government procurement and cost control guidelines within contract structures.
  • Experience partnering with supply chain teams in an aerospace or manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in using SAP or similar enterprise resource planning systems to support contract and supply chain activities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare clear, data-driven reports and recommendations.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with program managers, legal resources, and subject matter experts.
  • Excellent communication skills for briefing management and representing the organization on contract matters.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple contracts and medium-sized projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience working within large, complex organizations, particularly in aerospace or manufacturing sectors.
  • Familiarity with flow-down provisions and their application in supply chain agreements.
  • Ability to identify and implement process improvements and tool enhancements to increase efficiency and quality.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate legal and contractual records.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with leadership, supply chain, legal, and other business partners in a remote environment.
Work Environment

This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to perform all responsibilities from a home office or other suitable remote location. The role involves frequent virtual collaboration with supply chain, legal, program management, and leadership teams, primarily through digital tools and communication platforms. You will work extensively with SAP and other contract management and reporting systems, handling complex documentation and data in a structured, technology-enabled environment.

This is a Contract position based out of Windsor Locks, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $50.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
