By joining our District 12 as a Administrative Specialist in Pike County, you’ll have the opportunity to manage utility payments, process equipment invoices, and place orders for janitorial and office supplies while supporting the District’s bookkeeping and financial operations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Manage and process utility payments, ensuring timely and accurate handling of recurring expenses. Process equipment invoices and perform accounts payable functions, including data entry and proper account coding. Place and track delivery orders for janitorial and office supplies. Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation, and assist with account reconciliations. Ensure compliance with district financial procedures and internal controls. Ideal candidate will have experience in: Accounts payable and invoice processing. Financial recordkeeping and data entry. Supply ordering and inventory coordination.
