GroupSource is currently recruiting for an Administrative Systems Associate to join our team in Calgary, AB. This is full-time, hybrid role based out of Calgary, AB, where you'll have the flexibility of working from home a few days each week.

Why This Role Matters

The Administrative Systems Associate is responsible for processing plan amendments, changes and renewals for clients on administration and claims systems.

This is a hybrid role based out of our Calgary office.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • You will process renewals and amendments for existing clients
  • You will complete high level approvals including but not limited to salary increases, Non-Evidence Maximums increases (NEM), future changes and enrollment transfers between client bills (ledgers) You will create rate table sub-classes as required for employee-specific situations
  • You will manage tasks and cases on the CRM dashboard to complete them in a timely manner
  • You will complete plan amendments
  • You will complete group terminations
  • You will review submitted amendment paperwork to ensure it is complete for processing
  • You will effectively communicates with internal and external stakeholders
  • You will contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes

What You Bring to the Table

  • Post-secondary education in an administrative or related field an asset
  • 1 – 3 years’ experience in the group benefit industry is required
  • Familiarity with CRM and insurance carriers or benefit administration
  • Microsoft Office. Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge is a positive.
  • Experience with Adobe and JIRA are assets.
  • Minimum 50 wpm keyboarding speed

Compensation

At the time of this posting, the estimated annual base salary for this position is $48,000-$53,000. Individual compensation within this range is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and education/training. This range reflects the annual base salary only and does not encompass the comprehensive total rewards package that we proudly offer.
