About the Administrative/Court Coordinator Role As an Administrative/Court Coordinator within our County Programs team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring provider and vendor contracts, court related activities and MH provider enrollments and revalidations are completed in accordance with all existing SAM policies, standards and regulations. Duties are conducted in accordance with all existing policies, procedures and regulations and in accord with the Mission and Values of the Company Administrative/Court Coordinator Core Responsibilities Completes and tracks CCRI Initial provider enrollments and revalidations Manages and tracks receipt of site provider and vendor contracts Manages all court related activities-to include coordination of and attendance at MH hearings . Manages and tracks outpatient commitments processes. Submission and tracking of ACT 77 Forms to Local/State law Enforcement Agencies Manages and interacts with law enforcement entities regarding firearms appeal requests Ability to exercise independent judgement and decision-making power in resolving complex issues. What You Bring High School Diploma or its equivalent and 3 years’ experience in management/administrative support experience in a human services area or Associate’s Degree in a human service field and customer service or as agreed to by management A combination of relevant experience and education considered. Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills Commitment to person-centered, ethical practice.
