At Giant Group we have an exciting opportunity for Administrator Suport Clienți și Onboarding (in UK known as Client Onboarding Administrator) to join our growing team.


Job Title: In UK known as Client Onboarding Administrator

Department: PEO Onboarding

Location: Remote, Romania

Salary: 7000 RON gross per month

Hours: 40hrs, 9 hrs per day, Monday – Friday 11:00am – 8:00pm (Romanian time)

Tenure: Permanent

About the role


Employed by Native Teams in Romania, you will work as the Client Support Administrator for Giant Group in UK.


As a Client Support Administrator, you will play an important role in delivering a seamless and positive onboarding experience for both clients and workers. You will ensure that all worker-related processes are completed accurately, efficiently and in line with compliance requirements. Your role will directly contribute to delivering a first-class support service, helping to build strong client relationships and ensuring that clients and workers receive a professional, responsive and consistent experience throughout the onboarding journey.


Key responsibilities of the role include:


  1. Manage shared inboxes, ensuring emails and queries are picked up and resolved promptly, while keeping clients informed and updated throughout.
  2. Manage the worker onboarding and offboarding process, including but not limited to accurately adding worker data and contracts, processing extensions, amendments and terminations, and providing clients with access to timesheet portals. Ensure all processes are completed within agreed service level agreements (SLAs) and that relevant KPIs are consistently met.
  3. Complete Right to Work and compliance checks for workers, ensuring all required documentation is verified via IDVT/Teams call and compliance requirements are met before workers are paid.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client and worker information, ensuring all data is recorded correctly and maintained in line with company processes and requirements.
  5. Support and coordinate with Senior Team members on ad-hoc tasks, projects and activities as required, contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of the team.


Your ideal experience & competencies


Ideally, you will have at least one year’s experience in customer service and/or administration, with experience working to and delivering against service level agreements (SLAs).

To excel in this role, you will need a strong understanding of what exceptional customer service looks like, along with enthusiasm, a positive attitude and a genuine commitment to delivering a high-quality service. You will need to demonstrate resilience, emotional intelligence and strong written and verbal communication skills, together with the ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with challenging situations or periods of high workload.


  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently and prioritise effectively, particularly during extremely busy periods.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, while also demonstrating initiative and confidence in working independently when required.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring worker and client data is accurate, complete and kept fully up to date.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
