Your responsibilities

Your InputYou understand the challenges of healthcare venture building and are passionate about supporting early-stage entrepreneurs, innovators and researchers through education, mentoring, and capacity-building programmes. As Admissions & Programme Manager, you will manage participant admissions, support learners throughout the programme lifecycle, and help deliver an outstanding learning experience. In collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will also contribute to the design, implementation, quality assurance, and continuous improvement of our venture support programmes.
Responsibilities

• Manage the admissions process, assess applicants, and guide entrepreneurs and researchers to the most suitable venture support programmes and opportunities, such as venture-building programmes, bootcamps, Catapult initiatives, and scholarship opportunities.
• Lead programme implementation, including call launches, applicant engagement, stakeholder coordination, and project management throughout the programme development cycle.
• Support programme growth and operations by coordinating launches, optimizing existing programmes, managing invoices, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with Horizon Europe funding requirements.
• You will also support the exploitation of the existing content in future implementations - based on lessons learned, market and clients' needs.
• Collaborate across the portfolio to ensure a smooth progression of participants between programmes, connecting innovators and entrepreneurs with the most relevant next-step opportunities, such as advanced venture support programmes and bootcamps.
• Coordinate pitching days and showcase events together with programme managers and the events team.

Your skills & knowledge

What you bring

• Master’s degree or higher in health, science, business or entrepreneurship education studies or equivalent professional experience/qualifications.
• High level international project management skills, with a good understanding of the complexities involved in developing and delivering project outcomes; proven ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders.
• Good understanding of the start-up journey in healthcare; ability to identify their opportunities for improvement and growth; experience in setting and managing standards of delivery to support the cost-effective and targeted delivery of activities and/or programmes.
• Sound knowledge of higher education programmes in Europe.
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solution-oriented team player and comfortable working primarily remotely.
• Ability to work with an international team in a multidisciplinary context and to multi-task and manage a set of deliverables simultaneously.
• Languages: English fluent (spoken, written), other European languages an advantage.
• Experience in grant management, particularly European Grants (Erasmus+, Horizon 2020, EIT, Horizon Europe …) is a plus.
• Prior experience in entrepreneurship education and training is a plus.
• Occasional travel (2–4 times per year) may be required.
