Adobe Experience & Content Operations Consultant

We are looking for an Adobe Experience & Content Operations Consultant to support the execution, rollout, and ongoing operation of digital experience platforms across multiple markets. You will help drive website transformation initiatives, country rollouts, content operations, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) support, Digital Asset Management (DAM) activities, and Adobe IO integrations. This is a hands-on operational role focused on supporting business users, content authors, implementation partners, and rollout teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption of digital platforms.

Project scope:

• Support country website rollouts, site launches, migrations, and launch readiness activities
• Monitor rollout progress and help resolve operational issues
• Assist with content authoring, publishing, and component configuration in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Reduce backlog of content and authoring requests
• Support component configuration and page setup activities
• Provide support to business users and content authors, resolving page-level and content-related issues
• Investigate and troubleshoot Adobe IO integration issues; assist with API testing and validation activities
• Support implementation partners during the delivery
• Support DAM publishing activities, minor platform enhancements, and platform documentation
• Collaborate closely with rollout teams, implementation partners, and stakeholders
• Assist in resolving component and content-related issues
• Deliver minor platform enhancements and configuration updates

Competence demands:

• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), CMS platforms, or digital content operations
• Familiarity with Adobe IO; understanding of Adobe Experience ecosystem
• Understanding of website rollouts, content publishing, and DAM processes
• Experience supporting website launches, migrations, or rollout projects
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and troubleshooting activities
• Ability to support testing and validation activities for integrations and content deployments
• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, international environment.
• Very good English skills
