As the organisation continues to strengthen and scale its Data, Analytics, AI and Automation capabilities, you will play a critical role in shaping, directing, and delivering large‑scale change and adoption and the front-line of our customer's workforce. Your role goes beyond training and communications, you'll empower teams by taking them on a journey to behavioural change, digital maturity, collaboration and innovation. Here’s what the role looks like: The role involves a mix of strategic planning, communication, training, and hands-on support to ensure that new systems and processes are effectively adopted within an organization. An Adoption Consultant is responsible for several key activities: Business Discovery: Conducting readiness assessments, gathering working practices and requirements, and planning the transformation journey Executive Engagement: Engaging with executives to ensure alignment and support for the adoption initiatives Change Management: Creating change and adoption collateral, developing and delivering communication plans and campaigns, and providing knowledge transfer to change agents Training and Support: Delivering training content, organizing events, and supporting the adoption of new ways of working Collaboration: Working closely with business personnel to ensure successful adoption and achieving business value success measures. Here are the key skills and experience relevant to this role: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools and capabilities Excellent knowledge of Generative and Agentic AI such as Copilot Training experience on Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office Suite of tools.
