Advance Remanufacturing Test Engineer

Your Role

• Defining a test unit base on the product specifications and customer requirements
• Cooperation with Aptiv test team to ensure possibility of readopting the test unit to remanufacturing needs
• Working together with all participating departments to improve test procedures
• Responsibility for handover of equipment into remanufacturing production and project result comparison
• Technical liaison between Aptiv and remanufacturing sites/ remanufacturing centers
• Following up product specification, supersessions
• Investigate manufacturability of products defined for remanufacturing process
• First line support for remanufacturing sites for test issues

Your Role

• Experience in: Electronics, Mechatronics or related areas
• Experience in measuring technologies and principles
• Knowledge of TestStand and at least two of the following programming languages: C#, LabView, LabWINDOWS CVI,
• Knowledge of communication protocols of automotive industry (such as CAN,VAN, LIN, K- line, MOST,.. etc.)
• Experience in instrumentation and PLC’s, as well as machine safety in accordance to EU standards
• Strong written/verbal English communication skills
• Willingness to learn new technologies
