Description The essential functions listed represent the major duties of this role, additional duties may be assigned. • Provides oversight as well as serves as the functional and technical lead during development, implementation, and testing of highly complex projects • Drives business architecture design (including Business Process), capability roadmap development and strategy development for the domain ( • Responsible for leading/facilitating business requirements gathering and determining technical impacts • Reviews and clarifies user stories and user acceptance criteria with the stakeholders, and works with development lead/technical architect to layout technical design • Assumes the role of product owner as necessary • Leads the development of system related documentation that includes flow charts, work flow tables, mapping documents, integration specifications and provides system training • Develops an extensive understanding of the business unit's function and effectively communicates technical issues and solutions in non-technical terms to the business unit • Produces detailed functional requirements and/or user stories, including non-functional requirements • Provides oversight for the development of user acceptance criteria, test plans and test cases. Oversees functional/user testing (User Acceptance Testing) and accountable for user sign off of changes • Monitors system implementation ensuring user satisfaction and be comfortable with being hands on in support of implemented solutions. – Operational readiness, Implementation/Warranty Support, Production support, Project analytics and reporting Additional Required Qualifications: • Thorough knowledge of Information Technology fields and computer systems • Demonstrated organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills • Strong understanding of integration points of assigned business/systems and processes • Proven leadership abilities including effective knowledge sharing, conflict resolution, facilitation of open discussions, fairness and displaying appropriate levels of assertiveness • Proficient in requirements gathering methodologies and the SDLC • Understanding of a variety of architecture standards and ability to apply them in their design work • Ability to communicate highly complex technical information clearly and articulately for all levels and audiences • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment • High critical thinking skills to evaluate alternatives and present solutions that are consistent with business objectives and strategy. • Extensive knowledge and experience of systems, subsystems, development methodologies, systems architecture, tools and processes that support the assigned business initiative or system. • Experience in applying research methodology to business solutions. • Knowledge of systems development concepts and methods • Experience with business requirements and business process analysis to ensure IT solutions meet the business needs • Experience managing multiple priorities and ability to facilitate adoption of changing priorities • Thorough industry knowledge in related business area and understanding of impact on the organization. • Demonstrated negotiation skills and ability to build relationships. • Excellent communication skills including ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to audiences with diverse knowledge base Top Skills Details Sql,Business analysis,Data,Requirements gathering Additional Skills & Qualifications Seeking an Advanced Business Systems Analyst (4+ years experience) to support an enterprise Unstructured Data Management team responsible for storing, managing, classifying, and retrieving over 750M documents, with growth of approximately 7M documents per month. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements. Work with structured and unstructured data including documents, images, audio, and text files. Analyze data across multiple repositories and databases using SQL, including complex joins and data interpretation. Define and support metadata strategies, document classification, and data governance. Partner with business and technical teams on data modernization, migration, application retirement, and retrieval initiatives. Support both UI and backend platforms related to document and content management. Technical & Preferred Experience 4+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience. Strong SQL and data analysis skills. Experience with metadata management, document classification, and content management systems. Knowledge of AI/GenAI, LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and Agentic AI concepts. Experience with Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), OCR, and ICR. Healthcare industry experience preferred, including clinical records, interoperability, EMR/EHR integrations, Medicare, 278/275 transactions, and provider-payer data exchanges. Experience Level Expert Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Jacksonville, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $53.00 - $55.71/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
