As an Advanced Imaging MRI Technologist, you will serve as a subject matter expert supporting clinical trial imaging operations, site training, study startup activities, and image quality review. This role is ideal for an experienced MRI professional with advanced technical expertise in musculoskeletal, liver, and other specialized MRI acquisition techniques who is passionate about supporting clinical research sites and ensuring imaging excellence across global studies. Verify image data compliance with clinical trial protocols, imaging guidelines, and project specifications. Generate image queries and collaborate with sponsors, internal teams, and investigative sites to resolve imaging quality issues. Provide detailed technical feedback and guidance to clinical research sites through Microsoft Teams meetings, email communications, and other study support channels. Support study startup activities with a stronger emphasis on site readiness, site qualification, and imaging protocol implementation. Conduct site initiation and technical training sessions focused on image acquisition procedures, protocol compliance, image transmission, and data archival requirements. Serve as a technical resource for advanced MRI acquisitions, including musculoskeletal, liver, and other specialized MRI techniques. Evaluate site imaging capabilities, equipment, workflows, and technical processes to ensure study requirements can be successfully executed. Assist in developing and reviewing imaging manuals, acquisition guidelines, site training materials, and study documentation. Perform imaging measurements and protocol reader activities when required. Review and prepare imaging data packages for client and regulatory submissions. Support image archiving, study closeout activities, and departmental quality initiatives. Participate in user acceptance testing, process improvements, and continuous enhancement of imaging review practices. Assist in training new employees and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environment. What We Look For Current board certification in MRI or applicable imaging modality. Completion of MRI modality-specific training. Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience as an MRI Technologist in an imaging center, clinical research environment, or related healthcare setting. Demonstrated experience performing advanced MRI acquisitions, including musculoskeletal imaging, liver imaging, and other specialized MRI techniques. Strong understanding of MRI protocols, image quality assessment, and imaging best practices. Experience supporting clinical trials, research studies, pharmaceutical organizations, or imaging core laboratories preferred. Experience using Microsoft Office applications and other computer-based systems. Strong written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to site personnel and study stakeholders. Proven ability to deliver training, education, and technical support in virtual and remote environments. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality. Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
