Your Contribution
Play a key role in managing and advancing Newmont's global land information systems and data strategy. You'll help ensure the integrity of land data, optimize business processes, and leverage analytics, automation, and AI solutions to support informed decision-making across the organization
As Part of Our Team, You Will
- Administer, maintain, and continuously improve the global Landfolio land management system.
- Support and enhance integrations between Landfolio and enterprise platforms to improve data quality and business processes.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, analytics, metrics, and reporting solutions.
- Leverage AI, automation, and digital technologies to streamline workflows and drive operational efficiencies.
- Deliver user training, guidance, and ongoing support for Landfolio, reporting tools, and related business processes.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements and digital innovations.
- Lead data governance and quality assurance activities to ensure land data accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
- Support the global management of land assets, agreements, obligations, expenditures, and compliance requirements.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and safety in all aspects of work.
Prerequisites for Your Success in This Role
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Land Administration, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience with land administration, compliance, land tenure management, and land-related agreements.
- Knowledge of land data governance, records management, and reporting requirements.
- Proficiency with Power BI, data analytics, and dashboard development.
- Experience supporting enterprise system implementations, integrations, or administration.
- Advanced experience with Spatial Dimension's Landfolio software preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, AI solutions, automation tools, and digital process improvement initiatives.
- Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.
- Professional membership with AAPL or NALTA is considered an asset.
- Strong collaboration, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Work Environment, Pay & Benefits:
This position is based in our Denver, CO corporate headquarters, with flexibility for hybrid work. The base salary range is 86,500 to 115,300 (reflecting market rates and your qualifications). The final base pay offer will be based on individual factors such as your experience, and skills – we do not ask for or use your prior pay in setting your compensation. You will also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on company and personal performance. Newmont provides a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision insurance, health savings/reimbursement accounts, 401(k), pension, paid time off, and family leave.
