The Role

We are seeking an experienced Advisory Services Manager to lead client advisory engagements, strategic assessments, business analysis, transformation initiatives, performance-improvement programmes, and multidisciplinary consulting projects. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking, analytical expertise, commercial judgment, and strong client-management capabilities to translate complex challenges into actionable recommendations and sustainable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute advisory-service strategies aligned with organizational objectives, client needs, market opportunities, and business priorities.
• Lead advisory engagements from opportunity definition and scoping through analysis, solution development, implementation support, and final delivery.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Finance, Operations, Technology, Risk, Legal, Human Resources, Data Analytics, Sales, and Executive Leadership.
• Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders, executives, business owners, and decision-makers.
• Conduct strategic assessments, business diagnostics, operating-model reviews, market analyses, organizational assessments, financial evaluations, risk assessments, and transformation studies.
• Develop project scopes, methodologies, workplans, deliverables, timelines, budgets, resource plans, governance structures, and engagement objectives.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including client satisfaction, engagement profitability, project delivery, revenue growth, utilization, realization, project milestones, recommendation adoption, and measurable client outcomes.
• Analyze financial, operational, commercial, customer, market, technology, and organizational data to identify performance gaps, risks, opportunities, and strategic priorities.
• Develop business cases, financial models, scenario analyses, investment assessments, operating-model recommendations, transformation roadmaps, and strategic plans.
• Facilitate executive workshops, stakeholder interviews, strategy sessions, discovery meetings, process reviews, design-thinking sessions, and decision-making forums.
• Translate complex analysis into clear executive presentations, management reports, recommendations, implementation roadmaps, and decision frameworks.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, revenue growth, operating efficiency, technology adoption, organizational effectiveness, risk reduction, and customer-value creation.
• Lead change-management and transformation initiatives, ensuring recommendations are translated into practical implementation programmes with clear ownership and measurable outcomes.
• Conduct benchmarking and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, emerging practices, performance gaps, and opportunities for differentiation.
• Develop advisory methodologies, frameworks, templates, tools, knowledge assets, and intellectual property to strengthen service quality and delivery consistency.
• Manage advisory project budgets, profitability, resources, external specialists, subcontractors, research providers, and strategic delivery partners.
• Support business development through proposal development, statements of work, client presentations, opportunity qualification, account planning, thought leadership, and relationship development.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships by identifying emerging needs and opportunities for additional advisory services.
• Ensure advisory engagements comply with applicable UAE commercial, contractual, professional, data-protection, confidentiality, regulatory, and ethical requirements.
• Establish project governance, quality-assurance, risk-management, issue-resolution, escalation, and documentation processes across advisory engagements.
• Drive digital transformation through artificial intelligence (AI)-assisted research, predictive analytics, intelligent benchmarking, automated data analysis, scenario modelling, generative AI, knowledge-management systems, and decision-support technologies.
• Utilize Microsoft 365, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Salesforce, CRM platforms, project-management systems, financial-modelling tools, data-analytics platforms, research databases, collaboration technologies, and advisory-management systems.
• Prepare executive strategy reports, diagnostic assessments, financial models, market studies, transformation plans, risk assessments, performance dashboards, board presentations, and strategic recommendations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop consultants, analysts, advisory specialists, project managers, and multidisciplinary engagement teams while fostering a culture of client service, analytical rigor, commercial awareness, collaboration, integrity, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Management, Strategy, or a related field.
• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Finance, Strategy, Economics, Management, or a related discipline is highly advantageous.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, CFA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or relevant industry and advisory credentials are preferred depending on the service area.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in management consulting, advisory services, strategy, business transformation, corporate finance, operations consulting, risk advisory, or related roles.
• At least 2 years of experience managing advisory engagements, consulting teams, client programmes, strategic projects, or multidisciplinary transformation initiatives preferred.
• Strong understanding of business strategy, financial analysis, operating models, performance improvement, transformation, risk management, project management, market analysis, and client advisory.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Salesforce, CRM platforms, project-management systems, financial-modelling tools, data-analytics platforms, research databases, and collaboration technologies.
• Familiarity with AI-powered business analysis, predictive analytics, automated research, intelligent benchmarking, generative AI, scenario modelling, and advanced decision-support technologies is highly advantageous.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, commercial, communication, presentation, negotiation, stakeholder management, project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to structure ambiguous business problems, analyze complex information, develop practical recommendations, and communicate conclusions effectively to senior decision-makers.
• Strong client-management skills with the ability to establish trusted relationships, manage expectations, facilitate difficult discussions, and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Ability to manage multiple advisory engagements while balancing client priorities, project scope, quality, deadlines, budgets, profitability, resources, risks, and strategic objectives.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with distributed consulting, strategy, finance, technology, operations, risk, legal, data, and executive teams, with occasional travel for client meetings, workshops, presentations, project reviews, conferences, and strategic engagements as required.
