Job Title: AEM Developer

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

W2 Candidates – visa open

2 rounds of video interview with Camera ON

OPTs are fine (8+)

Requirement:

• Create and maintain complex XDP form templates using AEM Forms Designer (Former LiveCycle Designer) for print, web, and correspondence channels.
• Structure XDP layouts with sub-forms, target areas, tables, layout fragments, and dynamic images.
• Map XDP templates with XML Schema (XSD), Form Data Models (FDM), and JSON datasets to enable dynamic data prefill and secure submission.

Required Skills:

• Primary Platform: AEM Forms 6.5 LTS Form
• Design Tools: AEM Forms Designer / Adobe LiveCycle Designer.
• Strong Experience Languages: Java, JavaScript, HTML5
• Strong Experienced Core Frameworks: OSGi, Apache Sling, JCR, Form Data Model (FDM)
• Experienced Data Formats: XML, XSD, XFA, JSON, Document Fragments
• Experienced Tools & Build: Maven, Git, Eclipse

Preferred Skills: Jira, Shell Scripting, Batch scheduling activities

Responsibilities:

• AEM template development at a fast pace to accomplish a large migration effort.
• Batch monitoring and pager support. Coach team members as needed in AEM template development activities.
• Expected Deliverable(s): Successful deliver of the multi phased migration effort. Development documentation, revision of standards and guidelines.
