Our client is seeking a proactive and results-driven Affiliate & Influencer Account Manager to lead and expand their affiliate program and influencer partnerships within the iGaming sector. This position combines relationship management, performance optimisation, and strategic planning to maximise revenue through affiliates, streamers, and content creators. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong analytical capabilities, and bring hands-on experience in affiliate marketing and influencer campaigns within the online gambling industry. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow the affiliate program by identifying opportunities for performance improvement, working towards defined targets, and managing budgets to ensure optimal ROI. Source, recruit, and engage new affiliates, ranging from emerging partners to top-performing industry affiliates. Collaborate with affiliates to design and execute marketing campaigns that drive traffic, conversions, and revenue. Maintain regular communication with affiliates, providing guidance, support, and issue resolution. Negotiate agreements, commission structures, and exclusive promotions to strengthen partnerships. Ensure all affiliate activities comply with company policies and relevant industry standards. Identify and manage partnerships with influencers, streamers, and content creators across platforms such as Twitch, YouTube, Kick, Instagram, and others. Oversee campaign planning, content coordination, timelines, and deliverables. Provide clear feedback and guidance to influencers to optimise engagement and campaign performance. Track and report campaign KPIs, including reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI. Data Analysis & Reporting Monitor affiliate and influencer performance metrics, including traffic, conversions, player value, and revenue. Generate insights and actionable recommendations to improve program effectiveness. Present regular reports to management, highlighting key findings and optimisation opportunities. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with marketing, product, content, and analytics teams to align campaigns with broader business objectives. Support the creation of promotional materials, landing pages, and other assets tailored to affiliates and influencers. Requirements Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing affiliate programs within the iGaming or online gambling industry. Proven experience in affiliate, influencer, or streamer campaign management. Strong understanding of affiliate models such as CPA, CPL, Rev-Share, and Hybrid structures. Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaign performance. Experience using affiliate tracking and analytics tools such as Binom, Voluum, Income Access, NetRefer, Semrush, DeepCI, and similar platforms. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and relationships simultaneously. Fluency in English, both written and verbal; additional languages will be considered an asset. Highly proactive, organised, and results-oriented.
