Affiliate Manager (CIS region)

I'm currently working with an established and growing iGaming operator looking to hire an Affiliate Account Manager to join their team in Malta.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building long-term commercial relationships, identifying new partnership opportunities, and driving player acquisition through affiliate marketing.

A key focus of this role will be the CIS region, so we're particularly keen to speak with candidates who are fluent in Russian and have hands-on experience working with affiliates across CIS markets.

📍 Sliema (Hybrid)

💰 Up to €57,000 + 20% annual bonus

🏡 Hybrid working (3x days a week in office)

🌍 6x months remote working per year

What you'll be doing:

🎯 Managing and growing relationships with key affiliate partners across multiple markets, with a particular focus on the CIS region.

📈 Monitoring affiliate performance, analysing campaign results, identifying growth opportunities and implementing strategies to maximise traffic quality and ROI.

🤝 Recruiting and onboarding new affiliate partners while negotiating commercial agreements including CPA, Revenue Share and Hybrid deals.

💡 Working closely with the internal marketing team to improve campaigns, promotions, landing pages and overall affiliate performance.

🌍 Representing the business at international iGaming conferences and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and prospective partners.

We're looking for someone with:

✅ Previous Affiliate Management experience within the iGaming industry.

✅ Fluent Russian and English (Russian is highly desirable for this role).

✅ Strong knowledge of the CIS affiliate landscape and key traffic sources.

✅ Excellent commercial, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

✅ A proactive, analytical mindset with a passion for growing affiliate revenue.
