Location : Hybrid - Malta Responsibilities: We are seeking a high-performing Senior Affiliate Manager to drive the acquisition, management, and optimization of affiliate partnerships across a premium portfolio of iGaming brands. This is a hands-on, senior-level position focused on day-to-day affiliate management, commercial negotiation, and performance optimization. Taking full ownership of your portfolio, you will work closely with other senior team members to scale acquisition, maximize revenue, and contribute directly to regional growth strategies. Portfolio Growth: Proactively acquire and onboard high-value new affiliates while nurturing and optimizing an existing portfolio. Commercial Innovation: Continuously develop existing affiliate deals by introducing innovative commission models and commercial structures. Performance Turnaround: Identify low-performing accounts and implement strategic solutions to maximize revenue, improve profitability, and accelerate payback timelines. Target Delivery: Own your portfolio's performance, ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs), traffic volumes, and revenue targets are consistently met or exceeded. Data-Driven Management: Manage multiple affiliate accounts simultaneously, utilizing data analysis to uncover insights and drive continuous performance improvement. Platform Operations: Maintain and optimize the affiliate CRM, configure commission structures, and manage budget allocations effectively. Requirements: iGaming Expertise: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in affiliate marketing with a demonstrable track record of successfully managing and optimizing affiliate portfolios. Geographic Focus: Deep expertise in the Finnish market , with a strong track record of driving new customer growth (NDCs) within this region. Campaign Execution: Hands-on experience designing, launching, and executing multi-channel affiliate marketing campaigns. Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret complex data sets, monitor performance metrics, and make informed, data-driven decisions. Relationship Builder: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build long-term, high-trust partnerships. Tool Proficiency: Experience with industry-standard tools such as Income Access, GA4, Ahrefs, Microsoft Business Suite, and Jira is highly advantageous. Nice to have: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and BI tools to independently extract, manipulate, and analyze data. Familiarity with basic HTML and CSS for optimizing landing pages and promotional assets. A strong understanding of pre-regulated market dynamics. What’s in it for you?
