We’re looking for a highly driven Affiliate Manager who can build, recruit, activate, and grow high-performing creator and influencer partnerships.
This role goes beyond traditional influencer marketing. We're looking for someone with a strong commercial mindset who knows how to develop relationships, identify opportunities, negotiate partnerships, and drive measurable business growth through creators and affiliates.
What you'll do:
✅ Recruit, onboard, and activate creators and influencers
✅ Build long-term relationships with creators, talent managers, and affiliate partners
✅ Develop affiliate and creator growth strategies
✅ Manage creator performance, conversions, and campaign results
✅ Identify new partnership opportunities and revenue streams
✅ Reactivate dormant creators and increase engagement
✅ Collaborate with internal teams to scale creator programs
✅ Track KPIs, campaign performance, and growth opportunities
What we're looking for:
✔ Experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Partnerships, Affiliate Marketing, Talent Management, Social Commerce, or Business Development
✔ Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
✔ Experience recruiting, onboarding, and managing creators
✔ Track record supporting growth, acquisition, conversions, or revenue through partnerships
✔ Excellent communication skills
✔ Advanced English (B2+ minimum)
✔ Experience working with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, creator platforms, affiliate programs, or social commerce is highly preferred
