Affiliate Manager (eCommerce)

If you have a high level of communication skills, freely speak English, have more than 2 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, and have knowledge of traffic marketing campaigns and flows, we will be happy to get in touch and discuss our potential cooperation. What we expect: 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing within the eCommerce vertical; Deep understanding of the eCommerce funnel and postback logic, from user click to final sale confirmation. Confident in working with order statuses (pending, hold, sale, declined), analyzing approval rates, and improving traffic quality and conversion consistency; Strong knowledge of traffic types and acquisition models (PPC, Native, Social, SEO, Influencer, Coupon, Cashback, etc.), with the ability to evaluate their quality and conversion potential; Experience in managing publishers, affiliates, and media buyers building trust-based relationships and providing strategic support; Analytical mindset with strong data-driven decision-making skills; Proactive communication and negotiation skills; English - Upper-Intermediate or higher (both written and spoken); Self-motivated, results-oriented, able to react quickly to market changes and partner needs. What is to be done: Manage and grow existing affiliate partners, recruit and onboard new publishers and media buyers; Monitor and optimize campaigns based on KPIs: traffic quality, conversion rate, approval rate; Control traffic sources and order quality (pending / hold / sale / declined); Negotiate terms, payouts, and special deals with partners; Keep offers up to date- update creatives, promo materials, tracking links, and payouts; Analyze daily performance reports and provide insights to improve results; Resolve partner issues promptly, ensuring transparency and long-term cooperation; Collaborate with internal teams (advertisers, tech, finance) to ensure smooth campaign execution and payments; Track market trends and competitors to identify new growth opportunities; Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets through partner development and traffic scaling.
