What You'll Typically Do Build, launch, and scale affiliate and partnership programs. Recruit, onboard, and nurture affiliate partners, publishers, influencers, and strategic partners. Identify new partnership opportunities that drive customer acquisition. Manage day-to-day affiliate relationships and optimize partner performance. Negotiate commission structures, incentives, and promotional campaigns. Analyze affiliate performance and make data-driven recommendations. Monitor fraud, compliance, and program quality. Coordinate with marketing, creative, and product teams on launches and promotions. Prepare regular reports on revenue, ROAS, partner performance, and growth opportunities. Stay updated on industry trends, affiliate platforms, and competitive programs. What We're Looking For Proven experience managing affiliate or partnership programs Experience supporting eCom& DTC brands Experience with platforms such as ShareASale, Awin, Everflow, or similar affiliate platforms Experience working with influencers, creators, or ambassador programs. Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills Comfortable working with data, reporting, and performance metrics Highly organized and able to manage multiple partner relationships simultaneously Self-driven Why Join Our Network?
