About the Company Our client is an AgriTech company headquartered in Chiang Mai, developing biological fertilizers and soil health solutions that help farmers and agribusinesses improve crop yields, regenerate degraded soils, and reduce reliance on chemical inputs. Founded in 2023, the company is backed by Accelerating Asia Ventures and has raised USD 700K in pre-seed and bridge funding, with operations across Thailand and Southeast Asia. The company is building a portfolio of sustainable agriculture brands and solutions. One of its consumer-facing brands focuses on heirloom seeds, organic growing products, soil, and natural plant nutrients for home gardeners and small-scale growers. The consumer brand currently sells through e-commerce channels, including Shopee and its own online store, with more than 10,000 seed packets shipped and 2,000+ five-star reviews across its online marketplaces. As the consumer business continues to grow, the company is looking for an Affiliate Manager to build and scale an affiliate ecosystem that drives customer acquisition, sales, and brand awareness. About the Role As the Affiliate Manager, you will own the development and growth of affiliate marketing across two brands with different audiences: a consumer-focused gardening brand and an agriculture-focused business. For the consumer brand: you will build relationships with gardening creators, KOLs, influencers, and home-growing communities to drive consumer sales and brand awareness. For the agriculture business: you will develop affiliate-driven sales through agricultural affiliates, agri-influencers, and farmer networks. This is a hands-on growth role for someone who understands affiliate marketing, enjoys working with creators and communities, and can turn affiliate relationships into measurable revenue across both B2C and agriculture-focused audiences. Responsibilities Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies across both brands, adapting the approach to each brand's target audience Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage gardening creators, KOLs, influencers, publishers, and communities for the consumer brand, as well as agri-influencers, agricultural affiliates, and farmer networks for the agriculture business Build and maintain strong relationships with high-performing affiliates and creators Develop affiliate commission structures, campaigns, and incentive programs to drive sales and engagement Manage and optimize affiliate campaigns across e-commerce and digital channels for the consumer brand Develop and scale affiliate-driven sales for the agriculture business through agricultural affiliates, agri-influencers, and farmer networks Track and analyze affiliate performance, including clicks, conversions, sales, revenue, and ROI Identify high-performing affiliates and continuously optimize campaigns, commissions, and content strategies Monitor market, competitor, creator, and affiliate trends to identify new growth opportunities Negotiate commercial terms and affiliate agreements with external affiliates and creators Build and maintain a strong affiliate pipeline and ensure ongoing affiliate engagement Prepare performance reports and provide recommendations to improve affiliate channel growth Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, e-commerce, or digital marketing Experience managing affiliates, creators, KOLs, or influencer partnerships Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop Affiliate, Shopee, Lazada, or similar e-commerce platforms is a plus Strong understanding of performance marketing, e-commerce, and conversion funnels Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Data-driven and commercially minded, with a strong focus on revenue and results Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable working independently in a startup environment Experience in gardening, agriculture, FMCG, sustainability, or consumer brands is a plus Language Proficiency Native/ Fluent Thai Good working proficiency in English Benefits Company laptop Health insurance Generous paid holidays and leave Working Conditions 100% Remote
