Role Description The Affiliate Manager (TikTok Shop) is a full-time remote role responsible for developing and managing affiliate partnerships to drive sales and brand visibility on TikTok Shop. This position involves identifying and onboarding suitable affiliates and creators, negotiating collaboration terms, and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with partners. The role includes monitoring affiliate performance, analyzing campaign data, and optimizing strategies to increase conversions and revenue. The Affiliate Manager will collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to align promotions, create compelling campaigns, and ensure consistent messaging across TikTok and related digital channels. Day-to-day tasks also include tracking compliance with program guidelines, preparing reports, and communicating regularly with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Affiliate Management and Account Management skills, including experience building and maintaining partner relationships.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, with the ability to negotiate, present ideas clearly, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales and Online Marketing skills, preferably with hands-on experience in social commerce or TikTok Shop environments.
• Experience with influencer or creator partnerships, performance tracking, and data-driven optimization of campaigns is highly beneficial.
• Strong analytical skills, comfort with KPI reporting, and proficiency in basic spreadsheet or analytics tools are preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines consistently.
• Familiarity with TikTok trends, e-commerce platforms, and digital marketing best practices is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
