Affiliate Manager - Turkey Market (iGaming) | Remote

About the Role

Inferno Partners is our affiliate partner program powering player acquisition for our iGaming business.

We’re looking for a commercially driven Affiliate Manager focused on the Turkish market who can recruit, activate, and grow a portfolio of affiliates and traffic partners.

You’ll be responsible for developing strong relationships with Turkish affiliates, media buyers, SEO partners, communities, and other relevant traffic sources. You’ll negotiate deals, keep partners motivated, and continuously optimize performance and traffic quality.

We’ll provide onboarding and training, but you should already understand the fundamentals of affiliate marketing, performance-based acquisition, and the Turkish online gaming market.

What You’ll Do

• Recruit and onboard new affiliates and traffic partners focused on Turkey.
• Identify Turkish webmasters, media buyers, SEO partners, communities, and other relevant traffic sources.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of active partners through daily communication, follow-ups, and activation plans.
• Negotiate and manage performance deals, including CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, and custom structures where relevant.
• Launch, track, and optimize affiliate campaigns using tracking links, SubIDs, postbacks, pixels, creatives, and offers.
• Monitor performance and traffic quality using metrics such as FTDs, EPC, conversion rate, player value, and ROI.
• Develop new traffic-source pipelines by finding partners, testing opportunities, and scaling what works.
• Stay informed about the Turkish market, competitors, affiliate activity, and emerging acquisition opportunities.
• Produce clear weekly reports explaining what is working, what needs improvement, and the next actions.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven affiliate partnership experience within iGaming, online casino, or sportsbook, preferably involving the Turkish market.
• Alternatively, strong performance-based acquisition experience in adjacent industries such as forex, CFD, trading, or fintech.
• Strong knowledge of the Turkish digital and affiliate ecosystem.
• Ability to proactively source new affiliates and partners rather than only managing inbound relationships.
• Strong negotiation, relationship-management, and commercial skills.
• Solid understanding of attribution, tracking, affiliate KPIs, and performance deal models.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and make decisions quickly.
• Fluent Turkish and sufficient English for internal communication.
• Fast, reliable communication with affiliates and internal teams.

Nice to Have

• An existing network of active Turkish iGaming affiliates, media buyers, SEO partners, or traffic providers.
• Experience managing traffic for online casino or sportsbook offers in Turkey.
• Experience with affiliate platforms or tracking tools such as Affise and Keitaro.
• Understanding of different Turkish traffic sources and player-acquisition channels.
• Experience optimizing campaigns by offer, traffic type, source, and audience.
• Additional languages.
