Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Istanbul, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role manages day-to-day social media activities, including planning and executing content calendars across platforms, publishing posts, and optimizing performance. The Social Media Manager will collaborate with creative, strategy, and production teams to develop engaging campaigns, align messaging with brand objectives, and maintain a consistent visual and tonal identity. Responsibilities include monitoring trends, analyzing metrics, preparing performance reports, and making data-driven recommendations to improve reach and engagement. The role also involves community management, responding to comments and messages, and ensuring timely, professional communication with audiences.
Qualifications

• Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to plan, execute, and refine platform-specific campaigns.
• Ability to develop and implement effective Content Strategy aligned with brand and business objectives.
• Excellent Communication and Writing skills for clear, engaging, and brand-consistent messaging.
• Experience using social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics) and interpreting data.
• Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands, agencies, or creative studios.
• Familiarity with digital marketing fundamentals and basic understanding of paid social campaigns is beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Comfort working in a collaborative, multicultural environment; proficiency in English and Turkish is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
