Role Description The Affiliate Marketing Specialist is a remote, contract role responsible for managing and growing affiliate partnerships that drive customer acquisition and revenue. Day-to-day activities include identifying and recruiting new affiliates, onboarding partners, and maintaining strong relationships through clear and consistent communication. The specialist will develop and optimize affiliate campaigns, track performance metrics, and analyze data to improve conversions and return on investment. This role involves collaborating with marketing and content teams to align offers, creatives, and messaging with broader digital marketing initiatives. The Affiliate Marketing Specialist will also monitor compliance, manage payout structures, and provide regular performance reports and insights to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Affiliate Marketing and Online Marketing, with experience managing affiliate programs or networks.
• Solid foundation in Digital Marketing and Marketing, including knowledge of funnel optimization, performance metrics, and customer acquisition strategies.
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain partner relationships and present data-driven recommendations clearly.
• Experience working in a remote, contract capacity, demonstrating self-motivation, reliability, and effective time management.
• Proficiency with analytics tools, tracking platforms, and reporting dashboards; ability to interpret data and act on insights.
• Familiarity with AI-powered or technology-driven marketing tools is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent practical experience preferred.
