Responsibilities: Primarily responsible for answering users' questions and providing timely, accurate support to ensure a positive user experience; 主要负责解答用户问题，提供及时且准确的支持，确保用户获得良好的体验 Possess a solid understanding of referral and rebate mechanisms to assist Referral Pro Mode members by answering their inquiries via Telegram or internal community groups; 熟悉返佣和推荐机制，通过Telegram或内部社区群帮助超级返佣成员解答疑问 Collect and analyze community feedback to provide actionable insights for internal teams, supporting product development and marketing strategies; 收集并分析社区反馈，为内部团队提供可行见解，支持产品开发和营销策略 Monitor all affiliate and referral marketing activities to ensure integrity and compliance with company standards;监控所有联盟和返佣营销活动，确保合规和公司标准的执行 Continuously explore new content formats, channels, creative ideas, and other opportunities for experimentation, optimization, and growth.
