We are looking for a Middle Affiliate Manager to develop and grow the Malaysian GEO.
The role focuses on partner acquisition, traffic development, affiliate relationship management, and performance analysis. You will independently identify new partners and traffic sources, negotiate cooperation terms, launch traffic, and develop the affiliate network in Malaysia.
Candidates currently residing in Malaysia are preferred. Malaysian candidates who are currently based outside Malaysia may also be considered if they have strong knowledge of the Malaysian market.
- Search for and attract new affiliate partners in the Malaysian market
- Build and develop long-term relationships with partners
- Find new traffic sources and partnership opportunities
- Source partners through Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other relevant channels
- Negotiate cooperation terms and commercial conditions
- Work with different affiliate models, including CPA and RevShare
- Support partner onboarding and traffic launches
- Monitor partner traffic and performance
- Analyze key affiliate metrics and partner statistics
- Monitor traffic quality and identify performance issues
- Develop existing contacts, resources, and partner relationships
- Independently identify new opportunities for traffic acquisition in Malaysia
- Maintain accurate partner and performance information in CRM systems, spreadsheets, and internal tools
- 6+ months of experience as an Affiliate Manager
- Experience specifically in iGaming, gambling, online sportsbook, and/or casino
- Understanding of affiliate marketing principles
- Knowledge of major affiliate cooperation models, including CPA and RevShare
- Practical experience searching for and acquiring affiliate partners
- Understanding of different traffic sources and how to identify webmasters/partners
- Experience independently managing affiliate traffic and monitoring performance metrics
- Strong partner communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent Malay
- English proficiency required for internal communication and daily work
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the Malaysian GEO
- Direct experience working with the Malaysian GEO
- Existing partner network or affiliate contacts in Malaysia
- Existing Telegram channels, traffic sources, or other relevant local resources
- Experience covering multiple Asian GEOs
- Experience working with local iGaming brands
- Online sportsbook and casino experience
- Strong understanding of Malaysian market specifics
- Experience with multiple affiliate acquisition channels
- Existing relationships with Malaysian webmasters or affiliate communities
- Affiliate marketing fundamentals
